Primary Antibodies

Our continuously growing range of polyclonal antibodies raised in rabbits are stringently validated for different applications, e.g. western blot or immunoblot, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluoresence (IF), immunocytochemistry (ICC), flow cytometry, radioimmunoassay, neutralization, immunoprecipitation (IP), functional studies and ELISA (please check individual antibody datasheets for tested and recommended applications).

Almost all antibodies have been purified by immunoaffinity and rigorously tested allowing to provide the highest quality products available.

In addition, PromoKine offers many controls to be used in conjunction with each antibody. These cell and tissue lysates, blocking peptides and recombinant proteins are useful as positive or negative controls.
