The biomolecules (secondary antibodies, biotin, streptavidin, phalloidin, nucleotides) are conjugated to our well-proven PromoFluor dyes which show excellent properties such as high fluorescence intensity and photostability and broad pH independence. In addition, PromoKine also provides streptavidin and biotin coupled to different phycobiliproteins (R-phycoerythrin, B-phycoerythrin, allophycocyanin) or fluorescein (FITC).
