CellClean Buffer is a unique washing buffer that has been designed to remove all complexes of DNA and cationic lipids which associate with cell surfaces during transfection. It shows no cytotoxicity and can distinguish between extracellular and intracellular plasmid DNA. When CellClean Buffer is used as part of the cell washing procedure, more precise quantitation of the amount of DNA delivered into cells can be achieved. Moreover, it improves downstream results such as DNA stability, cytometry, and gene delivery studies.
