The Mammalian Whole Cell Protein Extraction Kit has been optimized for complete extraction of all cellular proteins. It contains an optimized lysis buffer and a protease inhibitor cocktail as well as other reagents for convenient extraction of mammalian proteins from tissues and cells under non-denaturing conditions. The entire procedure takes less than 20 minutes, and the proteins can be used for many downstream applications such as gel electrophoresis, Western blotting, etc.

The Membrane Protein Extraction Kit provides an easy and complete protocol for isolating integral membrane proteins efficiently from cultured mammalian cells. The kit has been designed to not only extract the total cellular membrane proteins, but also to specifically purify the plasma membrane proteins. The procedure offers consistent yield and high purity (> 90%).
