PromoKine ECL Chemiluminescence Detection Kit

PromoKine’s economically priced ECL Chemiluminescence Detection Kit produces optimal light emissions and strong signal intensities and rivals the market-leading luminol-based detection systems! This convenient kit contains two solutions required for highly sensitive chemiluminescence detection of membrane-immobilized proteins (Western blotting) or nucleic acids (Southern or Northern blotting) which are labeled either directly with HRP (Horse Radish Peroxidase) or indirectly with HRP-labeled antibodies/streptavidin.
