PromoKine ECL Chemiluminescence Detection Kit

PromoKine's ECL Chemiluminescence Detection Kit is a convenient, non-radioactive detection system containing all reagents required for highly sensitive chemiluminescence detection of immobilized proteins (Western blotting) or immobilized nucleic acids (Southern or Northern blotting) conjugated with HRP (Horse Radish Peroxidase) directly or indirectly. This ready-to-use kit allows to detect membrane immobilized specific antigens or nucleic acid sequences which are labeled either directly with HRP or indirectly with HRP-labeled antibodies/streptavidin.
